Design partners

Join the founding design-partner program.

QuietNode is early, and we treat that as a feature: design partners run a bounded 60-day pilot in their own VPC, work directly with the founder, and shape what gets built next. No logo walls, no invented traction — a working product, honest terms, and a tight feedback loop.

Founding cohort

Slots are set by capacity, not by marketing.

QuietNode Studio is a solo-operator studio today, and every design-partner pilot is run personally by the founder — provisioning calls, weekly check-ins, and support all land on the person who wrote the code. That caps how many partners we take on at once.

So the honest framing: a small number of slots, open one at a time. If a slot is open we say so; if we're at capacity we tell you when the next one frees up. No waitlist theater, no countdown timers.

What partners get

  • Pilot pricing, honest terms

The published pilot tier — $1,500/mo for a 60-day term. Invoiced manually, net-15, no card on file, no auto-renew: the pilot ends unless we both agree in writing to extend or convert.

  • Direct founder access

There is no support tier between you and the person who built the product. Provisioning help on a call, a weekly 30-minute check-in, and a written SLA with response targets one operator can actually sustain.

  • Dedicated onboarding

A week-by-week onboarding plan: sign, verify the signed image, boot in your VPC, provision read-only access, connect the pilot sources, and agree success criteria in writing — before live usage starts.

  • Roadmap influence

Design-partner feedback shapes what gets built next, and every thumbs-down answer is frozen as a golden eval case so the same miss can never return. Honest caveat: a pilot carries no committed feature dates.

What we ask

  • A real feedback loop

Use the in-product ratings, join the weekly check-in, and surface blockers early — including telling us when a real data incident happens, so the product is judged on live fire, not demos.

  • A bounded 60-day commitment

One workflow in scope, success criteria agreed in writing in week one, and pilot users active weekly on real questions for the term.

  • Run your side of provisioning

Your team creates the read-only identities and holds every credential — we assist on a call but never receive access. That is the deployment model, not a pilot shortcut.

  • A reference on success

If the pilot meets the success criteria we agreed, we ask for a reference call and a short case study — drafted by us, approved by you.

The pilot, concretely

Sixty days, one bounded workflow.

  • 01

Deployed in your VPC — your Postgres, your credentials; QuietNode hosts nothing

  • 02

Success criteria agreed in writing in week one

  • 03

Weekly 30-minute check-in with the founder

  • 04

Signable pilot agreement with DPA and support SLA attached

Bring one workflow. We'll bring the evidence.

Tell us the report nobody trusts or the queue that's always stuck — two minutes of context is a scoping call half-done. A founder replies within 2 business days.
